I completed the Knight build. This was a wonderful kit.

Shield and Hvy Stubber

Hvy Stubber moves side to side and up/down

Shield only moves side to side

Ball Joint Mod.
Cardboard Spacer and Sprue to allow full articulation in the waist

Magnetized the shoulder plates so arms can be removed.

Back to the Commission Work

Been a while since I got this project, I am seriously late in completing it. I've been concerned about my eyes so I didn't want to do any more of the commission work until I felt confident I wouldn't ruin the models. I started on the Grey Knight Terminator Squad for my friend. Here is the Weapons Specialist of the unit.

Since GKs are due for a new Codex, best to have the heavy weapons interchangeable
 

Landing Pad Commission pictures

Well here it is. It was not without its difficulties however. The legs were terribly bent, took a lot of glue and strategic use of clamps; but it came together finally.

It's been done for a while now, just now getting pictures taken.

More Commission Work.

I've taken on some more commission assembly for a friend.

First up, the Landing Pad.

The top and side rails went together nicely, however the legs are seriously warped...

I've had to glue part of one side to get a properly aligned section to start as a base.

You can see how badly they are warped from the other side.

Commission Riptide

MY depressions kicked me pretty hard in the teeth again, so my motivation kind of went out the window... I did want to show some progress on the latest commission, a Tau Riptide. This project has taken far longer than it needed too... In fact I'm pretty late with it... Fortunately, the friend I am building this for is pretty understanding.

I only made one change, and that's straightening out the front chest vents... I didn't like the jaunty angle they are by default... It just doesn't fit the symmetry of the rest of the model... Really odd design choice by GW IMHO.

Tyrant Commission Completed.

I got the Tyrant Commission completed finally. Fully Magnetized for all three forms, Hive Tyrant, Swarm Lord and Flyrant.
